12-2-7: REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL:
   A.   The proposed lots meet all established lot size and width requirements.
   B.   Adequate water supply and sewage disposal are available as of the date of plat approval as determined by the city engineer.
   C.   All proposed lots abut an improved public street, unless otherwise approved by the city in a planned unit development, provided that there are no restricted access issues as determined by the city engineer.
   D.   The proposal includes appropriate provisions for streets, drainage, alleys and other public ways, open space, fire protection and other appropriate public and private improvements.
   E.   Subdivisions that contain frontage to rights-of-way that are exterior to the plat shall provide at least a ten foot (10') landscape buffer as measured from the edge of the existing right-of-way to the lot boundary line. (Ord. 609, 8-10-2022)
