A. Form:
1. Application And Checklist 1 : Any person who undertakes a “Short Subdivision”, as defined in chapter 1 of this title, shall submit to the planning and zoning commission a completed application form and checklist provided by the administrator.
2. Amendment Of Forms: Staff may make additions or deletions to the short plat application and checklist in accordance with city standards.
B. Filing Fee: The application form and checklist shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable filing fee in an amount to be established by resolution of the city council.
C. Development Fees: Applicant shall further be responsible for development fees to cover costs incurred during the platting of any development or subdivision, such fees to be established by resolution of the city. (Ord. 609, 8- 10-2022)
