4-1-8: REMOVAL BY CITY:
After the expiration of the date stated in the notice to abate, the Administrator may cause the removal of any remaining violation and to assess the cost of the abatement against the property owner and/or property as provided by Idaho Code. (Ord. 441, 1-11-2005)
