3-4-4: TERM:
   A.   A new registration shall be filed with the city clerk once each year for solicitation of sales of the same product or service by the same person.
   B.   A new registration shall be required when a person who has previously registered within the last year desires to sell door to door any products or services not listed on the original registration application. (Ord. 485, 4-8-2008)
