This chapter provides for an automatic annual adjustment to the established impact fee based upon the measure of change for the prior calendar year for the engineering news record construction cost index (national). The adjustment may increase or decrease the impact fee depending on the value of the index for that year. The annual effective date of this adjustment shall coincide with the beginning date of the city's annual budget. (Ord. 526, 11-15-2011)
