Any contractor, developer or potential sewer user shall be authorized to contract with the City to expand or improve sewer facilities located within the City limits; provided, such expansion or improvement be constructed within a public right of way or within easements dedicated to or acquired by the City for such purposes. Such expansion and/or improvement shall be approved by the City and all other regulatory agencies as required by law. Upon formal approval and acceptance, said facility shall be operated and maintained by the City. (Ord. 349, 11-9-1993)
