Unless otherwise approved by the City, sewer service will be furnished only to persons whose property is included within and subject to this Chapter and taxation by the City. It shall be incumbent upon the applicant to furnish satisfactory evidence of inclusion whenever such evidence is requested by the City. Satisfactory evidence shall consist of tax receipts or certification in lieu thereof, received from and signed by the County Treasurer. (Ord. 349, 11-9-1993)
