8-1-13: AGREEMENT TO ANNEXATION:
All applicants for water service, new service connection and/or water main extension whose request for service is to property located within unincorporated portions of Kootenai County and whose application for water service is accepted by the city, shall waive all rights of objection to annexation within the corporate limits, effective as of the date of application. (Ord. 263, 3-13-1980)
