8-1-4: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
   A.   Adoption: The rules and regulations applicable to the water department of the city may be adopted by resolution of the mayor and city council.
   B.   Copies On File: Three (3) copies of the resolution adopting such rules and regulations shall be kept on file with the city clerk for use and inspection of the public. (Ord. 282, 10-9-1984)
