2-2-6: PENALTY:
Any violation of any provisions of this chapter or any failure to pay any fees assessed by resolution as authorized herein shall constitute an infraction and shall subject the violator to the civil or criminal penalty provisions as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 619, 4-12-2023)
