A. Advise City Council: The Parks and Recreation Commission shall advise the City Council on regulations for, the conduct of, and the supervision of, the public parks, public playgrounds, athletic fields, recreation centers, recreational facilities, cemeteries, and recreational programs and other recreational activities on any part of the properties with the consent of the owners and occupants thereof.
B. Reports: The Parks and Recreation Commission shall make full and complete an annual report to the Mayor and City Council and shall make other reports from time to time as requested by the Mayor and/or City Council.
C. Parks And Recreation Budget: The commission shall submit to the City Council a proposed Parks and Recreation Program budget for the next fiscal year by the end of July of each year. (Ord. 560, 9-13-2017)
