A. Officers: At its first meeting of each calendar year, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall meet and organize by electing one (1) of its members Chairperson. Such other positions as Vice Chair and Secretary may also be elected. The City Parks and Recreation Director and assigned City Council member shall be ex officio members of the commission with no vote.
B. Rules And Regulations: The commission may adopt bylaws, rules and regulations subject to the approval of the Mayor and City Council. (Ord. 560, 9-13-2017)
