A. Completion: The permittee shall call for a final inspection by the public works director, city engineer, or the director's designee within two (2) business days following completion of the work within the public right of way or other public places.
B. Compliance: Within five (5) business days following receipt by the city of the notice of completion, the work shall be subject to a work site visit by an authorized representative of the city to ascertain if the work performed by the permittee is in compliance with the permit and with the provisions of this chapter and shall issue a notice of compliance stating therein any conditions thereof and advising the permittee as to the effective date of the guarantee period.
