A. Title: This chapter shall be known and cited as the RATHDRUM RIGHT OF WAY ENCROACHMENT ORDINANCE.
B. Purpose: The provisions contained in this chapter are necessary to regulate all work, "major improvements" (as that term is defined herein), of any kind or nature performed within the public right of way or other public places contained within the corporate limits of the city and to promote the public health, safety and general welfare in accordance with approved standards.
