7-3-12: PENALTIES:
Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter or any rules issued hereunder is guilty of an infraction and shall subject the violator to the civil and/or criminal penalty provisions as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 619, 4-12-2023)
