A. The administrator of this title and any other zoning or subdivision codes with the Rathdrum City Code shall be the City Planner or his/her delegate.
B. Duties: The administrator, with the assistance of such other persons as deemed necessary, shall administer this title and any other zoning or subdivision codes with the Rathdrum City Code and shall have the following additional duties:
1. Advise interested persons of the zoning ordinance provisions;
2. Notify the news media regarding matters of public interest;
3. Aid applicants in the preparation and expedition of required applications;
4. Assist the commission and city council in carrying out the provisions of this title;
5. Act as enforcement officer for administration of this title, investigate all violations and notify the commission and city council, in writing, of such violations; recommending the action necessary to correct such violations. (Ord. 611, 9-28-2022)
