In the event any person disputes the notice of deficiency or amount of bond assessment as provided for herein, such person will be entitled to appeal the reasonableness of the assessed fees or extent of deficiencies to the City Council at the next scheduled public meeting. Such appeal shall be listed as an agenda item at the next regular scheduled City Council meeting and shall be acted on by the Council within thirty (30) days thereof. No suit shall be maintained regarding the assessment of performance bonds or the extent of deficiency against the City without filing a notice of appeal as provided for herein. (Ord. 345, 9-14-1993)
