Any person who fails to obtain a permit for a parade or assembly regulated hereby, who knowingly fails to comply with any other of the provisions of this Chapter or who, having obtained a permit hereunder, fails to comply with the conditions set forth in the approved permit is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable through criminal or civil citation under Section 1-4-1 of this code. Additionally, enforcement may be initiated by any civil legal action in pursuit of any lawful remedy available to the City. (Ord. 619, 4-12-2023)
