6-6-7: APPLICATION FEE:
A nonrefundable application fee in an amount set by resolution of the city council to cover the expenses incident to processing the application for parade or public assembly permit shall be paid to the city clerk at the time of filing of the application. (Ord. 619, 4-12-2023)
