All applicable contents of each permit application shall be completed before the application can be accepted by the city, and the applicant shall adhere to and be bound by any commitments made in an application submittal. In addition to submitting all applicable information required in the permit application, the applicant will be required to submit any other reasonably requested information required by city staff, including, but not limited to the chief of police, to enable them to understand the impacts of the proposed parade or public assemby.
