6-5-10: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions set forth in this Chapter shall constitute an infraction and shall subject the violator to the penalty provisions provided in Section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 528, 7-10-2012; amd. Ord. 588, 1-8-2020)
