6-4-8: PENALTY:
Any person found in violation of the provisions of this Chapter, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding forty nine dollars ($49.00) per offense. This penalty shall be considered an infraction and pursuant to Idaho Code 18-113A. (Ord. 387, 12-2-1996)
