6-3-3: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the penalty provisions as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 275, 7-13-1982; 1997 Code)
