6-3-1: SPEED RESTRICTED:
It shall be unlawful for any railroad train, car or utility vehicle utilizing the railroad tracks traversing through the City to travel upon the tracks through the City at a speed greater than forty (40) miles per hour. (Ord. 275, 7-13-1982)
