1-9-9: FORCE MAJEURE:
In the context of this chapter, a public health emergency is a force majeure. No person is entitled to recover from the City of Rathdrum any costs incurred, or profits lost, as may be alleged to be attributed to the enactment of a Public Health Emergency Order. (Ord. 589, 3-21-2020)
