An industrial user who is required to have a wastewater discharge permit shall apply for wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete wastewater discharge permit application, in accordance with Section 8-4-2-16, a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the industrial user's existing wastewater discharge permit. An industrial user whose existing wastewater discharge permit has expired and who failed to submit its re-application in the time period specified herein will be deemed to be discharging without a wastewater discharge permit. An existing wastewater discharge permit issued to a particular industrial user is void upon the issuance of a new wastewater discharge permit to that industrial user. (Ord. 582, 10-9-2019)
