The City will evaluate the data furnished by the industrial user and may require additional information needed to evaluate a complete application. Within ninety (90) days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Director will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. Upon a determination to issue, the permit shall be issued within ninety (90) days. The City may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit or approve a permit subject to conditions.
