8-4-2-14: WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMITTING, EXISTING SIU:
Any SIU that was discharging wastewater into the POTW prior to the effective date of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter and that wishes to continue such discharges in the future shall, within ninety (90) days after notification by the City, submit a permit application to the City, in accordance with this Chapter and shall not cause or allow discharges to the POTW after one hundred eighty (180) days.
