The following pollutant limits are established to protect against pass through and interference. No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following daily maximum allowable discharge limits:

Note: No permit shall be issued which causes the net permitted industrial user loading to exceed the Maximum Allowable Industrial Loading (MAIL).
Pollutants released in such strength or volume as to cause interference in the Post Falls POTW.
