2.86.090 Contracting authority of Library Director.
   The Library Director shall have the ability to approve and sign purchase orders for equipment and supplies pursuant to the terms found in § 3.04.030. The Library Director shall have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of Board as provided in § 3.04.090.
