§ 51.08 IMPROPER USE OF HYDRANTS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be a misdemeanor for anyone to operate a fire hydrant or fire connection with the exceptions of the head of the water department or his or her agents, and/or a member of a Fire Department engaged in fighting a fire or in a training exercise requiring the use of the hydrant.
