(A) Water service rates: The town will set annual water rates, which are to be posted on the town website and in the fees, rates and charges schedule adopted annually by the Board of Commissioners.
(B) Extension of service to areas not served:
(1) Inside extension: $7.50 front foot; and
(2) Outside extension: the town may furnish water mains to connect buildings outside the town limits; however, the total cost of the construction of the mains shall be paid by the owners to receive service, from the start of construction to the end of construction.
(C) The water service rates listed above have an additional customer service charge of $2.50, and an availability fee based on meter size.

(D) Fire hydrant usage rates (inside the town limits only):
(1) Daily: $20 per day plus usage; and
