§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   If any person, firm, or corporation violates any of the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter, the Board may, in its discretion, and in addition to charging the violator with a misdemeanor offense, order that garbage and refuse collections be discontinued to that person, firm, or corporation found in violation, until the applicable rules and regulations are complied with.

   (B)   Any violation of § 50.06 will be subject to a fine of $50 to the town. Subject to additional fines by the United States Forestry Service and/or the state’s Division of Air Quality.

   (C)   The town shall notify in writing the owner or occupant of any premises in violation of this chapter of such violation, and failure to remove any unlawful accumulation of such matter as hereinbefore specified within 24 hours after such notification shall constitute a separate offense for each 24 hours that the violation continues to exist.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $50.
