(A) When a homeowner, who does not live in the house they own, but are doing repairs and/or remodeling to the house in order to rent or sell it, the town will not be responsible for the pick-up of the debris from this work.
(B) It shall be the sole responsibility of the homeowner to clean up and haul off all debris, and to deposit it at the appropriate landfill and be responsible for all fees due to the landfill.
(C) If the homeowner puts the debris in the area for the town’s collection service to pick up, they will be billed for the worker’s time, the town’s gas and mileage, and the landfill bills.
