(A) Each dwelling or housing unit will be allowed not more than two regulation garbage cans not to exceed 95-gallon capacity each.
(B) The customer will be supplied one can, which can shall remain the property of the town.
(C) Manufacturing plants and industrial or heavy or commercial units must provide for their own and the collection of garbage or refuse from those containers through private commercial service providers.
