(A) No tower over 50 feet shall be constructed, altered, reconstructed or expanded until a town tower permit is obtained as provided in this chapter. No tower permit shall be issued that is not in compliance with this chapter. No building permit shall be issued for any tower subject to this chapter that has not received a tower permit.
(B) Communication towers are to be placed in the following zoning jurisdictions:
(1) B-2 (Highway Business);
(2) B-3 (Central Business);
(3) I-1 (Light Industrial); and
(4) I-2 (Heavy Industrial).
