§ 33.020 CONTROL AND SUPERVISION.
   The Chief of Police, subject to the general supervision of the Board of Commissioners, is held responsible for the discipline, good order, and proper conduct of the Department and the various duties thereof, and for the proper enforcement of the laws of the town.
