§ 33.002 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.

The Police Department of the town shall consist of a Chief of Police and officers, patrol officers, and police officers of designated grade as the Board of Commissioners deems necessary, from time to time, and shall receive compensation as the Board of Commissioners shall direct.
