§ 31.40 ADOPTION OF THE STATE’S LOCAL GOVERNMENT RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   The town does hereby adopt the state’s Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System for the benefit of all regular employees of the town, excluding law enforcement personnel.
