§ 31.25 DEPARTMENTS ENUMERATED.

   The administrative organization of the town shall be divided into the following departments:

   (A)   Administration Department;

   (B)   Finance Department;

   (C)   Police Department;

   (D)   Public Works Department;

   (E)   Recreation Department;

   (F)   Sewer Department; and

   (G)   Water Department.
