§ 31.23 POSTING PROHIBITION AGAINST CARRYING CONCEALED HANDGUN IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS.
   (A)   The town shall post a sign or signs of prohibition against carrying a concealed handgun in local government buildings, their appurtenant premises, and parks.
   (B)   A sign or signs shall be posted at such places as the Board of Commissioners shall designate in such manner as the Board directs.
