§ 31.03 TOWN ATTORNEY NOT TO REPRESENT POLICE DEPARTMENT.

The attorney who is employed by the town as its legal counsel, and every member of his or her law firm, shall be under no duty to represent in a legal capacity the Police Department of the town.
