(A) The provisions of the Housing Code shall apply to the construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, location, maintenance, removal, and demolition of every building or structure, or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures.
(B) No provision of this Housing Code shall be held to deprive any federal or state agency, or any municipal authority having jurisdiction, of any power or authority which it had on the effective date of this subchapter, or of any remedy then existing for the enforcement of its orders, nor shall it deprive any individual or corporation of its legal rights as provided by law.
(C) The provisions of this Housing Code shall apply to all mobile homes and house trailers used as a residential occupancy in excess of 30 days.
