§ 151.090 DUTY OF INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
   The Inspection Department shall, upon the direction of the Board, be responsible for enforcing the state’s Uniform Standards Code for Mobile Homes (G.S. Chapter 143, Article 9B), including any design and construction standards incorporated therein by reference.
