§ 151.021 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY OF COUNTY INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The County Building Inspector and the County Inspection Department are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to exercise in all respects the powers within the municipal limits of the town until such time as the municipal governing body of the town shall officially withdraw its request; provided, that the powers of the County Inspection Department be exercised within the municipal limit of the town only with respect to the administration and enforcement of Plumbing and Electrical Codes; and provided further that the inspection fees for the inspections as performed by the County Inspection Department be collected by or paid to the county.
   (B)   The County Building Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to establish any administrative procedures as may in his or her opinion be necessary to accomplish the authority herein granted him or her and the County Inspection Department.
