§ 130.03 CLOSING OF PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS, PUBLIC BUILDINGS, AND OTHER PUBLIC LANDS.
   (A)   All town properties shall be considered to be closed at sunset and open at sunrise.
   (B)   No unauthorized person shall be on the premises unless he or she have been granted permission by the Town Manager. This shall not apply to any town official conducting necessary repairs or maintenance or any emergency or police personal who are performing duties on the premises.
   (C)   The Town Manager can establish specific times of closing so long as they are posted in a conspicuous place on the property.
