Any order of the Board for the town either granting, denying, renewing, or revoking any license under the provisions of this chapter may be appealed to a court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as appeals from other decisions of the town’s Board of Commissioners, when it is sitting as an administrative body, as provided by the laws of the state.
