§ 30.20 REGULAR MEETINGS; TIME AND PLACE.
   The regular meetings of the Board shall be held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall unless otherwise designated by the Board. Every member of the Board and officer shall attend all meetings of the Board, unless excused.
