§ 110.52 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANTS, ISSUANCE.
   The inspector shall investigate and conform the facts stated in the application for a taxicab driver’s permit, and if he or she shall find that the applicant qualifies under the provisions of this chapter, then the inspector shall issue to the applicant a permit to operate a taxicab within the town.
