§ 110.51 REFUSAL TO ISSUE OR REVOCATION FOR CONVICTION OF SPECIFIED ACTS.
   The Board of Commissioners may refuse to issue any permit or may revoke any permit required by this division already issued if the applicant or holder has been convicted within the past five years of:
   (A)   A felony;
   (B)   A violation of any federal or state statute relating to intoxicating liquors;
   (C)   Any federal or state statute relating to prostitution;
   (D)   Any federal or state statute relating to narcotic drugs;
   (E)   Or to any person who is not a citizen of the United States;
   (F)   Or to any person who is a habitual user of intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs; or
   (G)   Or to a person who has been a habitual violator of traffic laws or ordinances, or if, after the permit is issued, the holder thereof is at any time convicted or is guilty of any of the acts of misconduct set forth above.
